Loan repayment of up to $150,000 over five years; Practice support of up to $100,000 over 2 years.

Amount of repayment per year of service:

$20,000 for the first year, $25,000 year 2 , $35,000 year 3-5/up to $50,000 per year for practice support for 2 years.
