All eligible individuals agree to participation in an accredited pediatric medical subspecialty, pediatric surgical specialty or child and adolescent mental health subspecialty residency or fellowship OR employment as a pediatric medical subspecialist, pediatric surgical specialist or child and adolescent behavioral health care professionals serving in or for a Pediatric Specialty Loan Repayment Program-approved site serving a Health Professional Shortage Area, Medically Underserved Area, or Medically Underserved Population.
