Eligible Specialties:

Primary care dentists and physicians (internists, family practitioners, psychiatrists, pediatricians, ob/gyn), nurse practitioners, nurse midwives, physician assistants, MSW, psychiatric nurse practitioner, Ph.D. clinical psychologists.

Service Requirements (formerly Service Stipulation):
|
Work at the selected site for 40 hours/week and accept Medicaid & Medicare eligible clients; OB/GYN physicians and CNM's must provide primary care at least 21 hours per week to an ambulatory population.
|
|
Who Can Apply:
|
U.S. citizen; licensed/certified to practice in Michigan; graduate of accredited Dental or medical school of allopathic or osteopathic medicine. Loans from private individuals do not qualify for repayment under this program.
