Contract requires two years of full-time primary care clinical services in a public or nonprofit entity located in a Federally-designated Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) in Iowa.

Repayment/Scholarship terms:
|
An applicant must have an employment contract; however, the loan repayment contract period will not automatically coincide with the dates covered by the applicant's employment contract.

Amount of repayment per year of service:
|
Up to $30,000/year for Physicians, Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists; up to $20,000/year for D.D.S.; up to $15,000/year for other qualified candidates.
